Industry Representatives Guest Lecture in Food Technology: Practical Training Strengthened in the Food Technology Program

In the Food Technology Program, industry representatives continue to participate in practical courses as guest instructors in accordance with the decisions of the Protocol Executive Board (PYK) formed with the Zile Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Zile Commodity Exchange. Within the scope of the project “Vocational Course from the Field Expert,” Murat Ali Göy, owner of Setencioğlu Milling and Agricultural Products, met with students as part of the Professional Analysis course. During the lecture, Murat Ali Göy shared his industry experience with the students, providing valuable insights into production processes, practical applications in professional life, and sectoral expectations. Students had the opportunity to receive firsthand information from an expert in the field while reinforcing their theoretical knowledge with real-world industry experience.
