Hands-on Lecture by Industry Expert in the Food Technology Program

At Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Zile Vocational School, industry representatives continue to participate in classes as guest lecturers in line with the decisions of the Protocol Executive Board (PYK) established with the Zile Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Zile Commodity Exchange. Within this framework, students of the Food Technology Program met with the industry during their Professional Analysis course. Food Engineer Ayşe Özcan, serving at Özkaleli A.Ş., met with the students to conduct the lecture session. During the program, Ayşe Özcan shared important insights by imparting her experience regarding production processes, quality control practices, and professional work life in the food sector. Through this practical lecture, students had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with industry applications while gaining valuable experience that will contribute to their professional development.
