Technical Field Trip to DİMES Factory by Food Technology Students

Students of the Food Technology Program at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Zile Vocational School organized a technical field trip to the DİMES factory operating in Tokat, under the coordination of Lecturer Yasemen ÖZTÜRKEN, to observe their theoretical knowledge on-site. During the visit, students examined fruit juice and beverage production processes firsthand, receiving detailed information from company officials regarding all stages from raw material reception to production, filling, packaging, and storage. Students were also briefed on quality control practices and hygiene standards, gaining the opportunity to closely observe industrial applications.
