Academic and Student Achievements Honored with a Ceremony at Zile Vocational School

The "Certificate of Achievement Presentation Ceremony," organized to encourage academic and student excellence at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Zile Vocational School, was held with broad participation. The event honored faculty members who received new academic titles as well as students who completed their semesters with top honors.

The Certificate of Achievement for Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Uygun, who made our vocational school proud by advancing to the rank of Associate Professor, was presented by the Chief Public Prosecutor of Zile, Mr. Cüneyt Sanıvar. On behalf of Lecturer Dr. Samet Tosun, who successfully completed his doctoral studies, the certificate was presented by the President of the Justice Commission, Mr. Mustafa Alper Kesik, to Lecturer Dr. Rahmi Şeyhoğlu.

In the continuation of the ceremony, students received their certificates of achievement as part of the Term Top Achievers Award Ceremony, traditionally held each semester. The top-ranking students across the vocational school and within individual programs received their certificates from the academic faculty. The students' determination, discipline, and outstanding performance were commended, with wishes that their success serves as an inspiration to all students. The top-ranking students for the 2025–2026 academic year were: Mikail Aktaş (Vocational School Valedictorian and Computer Technologies Department Top Student), Zerda Kitapcı (Banking and Insurance Program), Çiğdem Özsoy (Architectural Restoration Program), Meleksu Akgül (Logistics Program), Sercan Atlı (Food Technology Program), Medine Köse (Land Registry and Cadastre Program), and Yaren Akan (Finance Program).
