Industry Expert Visits Food Technology Program Students for Practical Lecture

At Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Zile Vocational School, industry representatives continue to participate in classes as guest lecturers in accordance with the decisions of the Protocol Executive Board (PYK), established in collaboration with the Zile Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Zile Commodity Exchange.

Within this scope, students of the Food Technology Program met with the industry during their "Professional Analysis" (Mesleki Çözümleme) course. Food Engineer Ayşe Özcan, who works at Özkaleli A.Ş., joined the students to deliver an applied lecture.

During the session, Ayşe Özcan shared invaluable insights regarding production processes in the food sector, quality control practices, and her professional experiences in working life.

Through this lecture, students had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with real-world industry applications and gained hands-on insights that will contribute to their professional development.
